Real estate websites

Real estate websites
that make agents easy to choose.

Agent websites and cohesive brand kits planned around how buyers and sellers actually choose who to call.

Planned around how clients choose an agent

Sellers comparing agents look for local knowledge, a clear process and a professional presence. Buyers want guidance and an easy first step. Much of an agent's business depends on looking trustworthy before the first conversation. A real estate website should help with exactly that: show who you are, the areas you know and how you work, and make it easy to get in touch.

What makes a strong agent website

A clear personal brand

Many agents work under a brokerage brand but compete on their own reputation. A consistent personal brand — logo, colours and tone — makes you recognizable across your website, social posts, signs and listing materials. Brokerage logos and rules are respected; your brokerage's own branding requirements always come first.

Local, specific content

Buyers and sellers search for neighbourhoods, towns and property types. Pages that describe the communities you actually serve, in your own words, are more useful to visitors than generic text and give search engines something meaningful to read.

Seller and buyer pathways

Sellers want to understand your process, marketing approach and how you price homes. Buyers want guidance and a simple way to start. Separate, clear sections for each make your site easier to use.

Honest proof

Real reviews, real awards and real sales history are powerful — but only when they are true and you have the right to use them. I never write fake testimonials or invent statistics.

Packages

  • Agent Launch Page — starting at US$295. One mobile-ready page with your existing branding, up to six sections and an inquiry form.
  • Agent Brand Website — starting at US$950. A five-page site, a new logo, a four-page brand guide and three editable social templates.
  • Agent Marketing Kit — starting at US$1,850. An eight-page branded site with two forms, six social posts, a listing description and flyer, and three draft follow-up emails.

Add-ons include social post sets, property reels, listing launch kits, market report layouts and email drafts. Full details are on the services page.

What is not included

These packages do not include IDX or MLS feed integration, CRM subscriptions, hosting or advertising. Any CRM work is limited and agreed in advance. A market report layout is a design deliverable, not a CMA or appraisal. And no website can guarantee listings or closings — the aim is a site that represents you well and makes contacting you easy.

The portfolio shows labelled concept designs that illustrate layout, typography and mobile presentation. They are fictional demos, not client results.

Common questions

Do your agent websites include IDX or MLS listings?

No. These packages do not include IDX/MLS feed integration. I can advise on how a provider's feed could be added separately.

Can you work with my brokerage branding rules?

Yes. Your brokerage requirements come first. I do not use brokerage logos without your confirmation that it is allowed.

Do you work with teams and brokerages as well as individual agents?

Yes. Packages can be scoped for a solo agent, a team or a small brokerage, within the agreed page and image limits.
